Your Role

The Video Editor is a core member of the Papa In Shape Creative team, responsible for producing high‑impact advertising assets for paid social campaigns. This role focuses on turning briefs and raw materials into engaging video ads that capture attention, deliver a strong message within seconds, and drive measurable performance results.

You own the full production workflow—from creative execution to volume delivery—ensuring output is aligned with performance goals, brand quality, and production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Execution

• Create all advertising assets including videos, visuals, variations, and iterative edits.
• Edit short‑form paid social content optimized for platforms such as Meta, TikTok …
• Apply high‑engagement editing styles (fast cuts, dynamic pacing, subtitles, transitions, etc.).
• Adapt assets into multiple formats (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) while maintaining strong visual consistency.
• Ensure every edit aligns with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and messaging strategy.

Production Workflow Ownership

• Plan and manage your own production schedule and priorities independently.
• Ensure delivery volumes are met every week and assets are completed on time.Maintain an organized and structured editing environment across projects and exports.
• Work efficiently with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

Performance‑Oriented Creative Output

• Produce assets designed to convert—strong hooks, clear messaging, sharp pacing, and compelling CTAs.
• Implement ongoing creative variations for A/B testing and iterative performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the performance team to understand results and refine future creative direction.
• Collaborate with content creators and brand teams as needed to source materials and insights.
• Participate in review cycles to discuss learnings, top performers, and improvement opportunities.

Your Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing for digital advertising, DTC, or e‑commerce brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of pacing, structure, storytelling, and editing for conversion‑focused content.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with fast turnaround times.
• Performance mindset—able to use campaign feedback to improve creative output.
• Experience with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
