Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France seeks an MRO Operations Business Analyst to join the MATERIAL SUPPORT & LOGISTICS team. You will help evolve ERP systems (SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA) for MRO and supply chain, lead a Scrum team, and ensure stakeholder alignment across multiple functions.

You will define processes, manage the feature backlog, and contribute to all project phases, including training and deployment. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MRO, supply chain/logistics, and/or digital project management.
• Good knowledge of repair operations management and/or supply chain/logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA repair and logistics/supply chain modules.
• Project management experience (at least as a contributor or Work Package Leader).
• Excellent listening skills and customer service orientation.
• Change management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Agile Management (including proficiency in Agile methodologies).
• Languages: Fluent in both English and French.

Responsabilités

• Participate in supporting and evolving our ERP product in its current or future version (transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA) covering MRO operations and supply chain.
• Lead the Scrum team in collaboration with the Scrum Master (planning, budget, resources, risks) following priorities set by the MRO Operations Product Owner.
• Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Participate in defining processes.
• Define the backlog of features to be developed.
• Foster effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team toward a common goal.
• Contribute to all project phases (requirements gathering, specifications, testing, training).
• Contribute to change management and deployment.
