AXA is seeking a Transversal Tech Lead within the Modern Device Design team. You will support the Workplace Modern Device Product team and act as the technical authority across products, ensuring consistency and driving scalable, maintainable solutions.

You will oversee design flow, provide guidance on technology choices, and contribute to projects with collaboration from Experts and Architects. Ideal candidates bring strong Windows, MDM (Intune/Autopilot), AD/AAD expertise and hands-on

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Windows OS and Workplace environments (AD, Azure AD).
• Strong knowledge of MDM through Intune and Autopilot.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune for device management and deployment.
• Familiarity with Office 365/M365 apps (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to write technical documentation and lead meetings with stakeholders.

• Design hardware requirements and study new features requested by entities.

About the job

The Transversal Tech Lead will be part of the Modern Device Design team, supporting Workplace Modern Device Product team and be the transversal technical authority of the products, keep the consistency with other products of the line, supervise, deliver technical assessment and contribute to projects.

The Transversal Tech Lead will ensure effective flow of design and product information between all parties for scalable and maintainable solutions and simplify implementation.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

Be involved on transversal topics that required technical decisions for the products, follow evolution proposed by the vendors. Be the authority to keep consistency inside and between products. Help and guide the team through technical decision.

Scope:

• Check compliance of all solutions with the rules and principles that have been defined by AXA
• Provide consulting support to product management teams regarding new technologies and system requirements
• Design solution for product evolution
• Study new features or request coming from entities and give orientation
• Design hardware requirements
• Document or updating solution for implementation and follow the setup
• Help and guide the team through technical decisions
• Participating in project where the product is impacted
• Stay in line with the standard of the group
• Act as authority on design that will impact MDM products

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

• English C1
• Strong skills and experiences on Windows OS
• Strong experience and knowledge on Workplace environment (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory) and Endpoint Device Management (SCCM/ Intune), MDM solutions
• Network, security and identity overall knowledge linked to Workplace
  
• M365 services and apps: One Drive, Teams, Office Apps, SharePoint Online, etc.
  
• MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune with at least a 2 years’ experience in Intune Management & 5 years Workplace experience
  
• Writing skills for documentation purposes
  
• Lead meetings and technical discussions with Experts and Architects
