AXA Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Product Owner/Subject Matter Expert within the Global Workplace product line. You will oversee the global deployment, maintenance, and evolution of the Microsoft 365 product across AXA entities, driving strategy, user needs analysis, and market trends.

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and related technologies.
• Experience with backup/restore principles and technologies.
• Knowledge of Commvault Cloud (Metallic) platform.
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Onboard entities to the Microsoft 365 product line.
• Organize Disaster Recovery and Mass Restoration activities.
• Perform operational maintenance and monitoring of the product.
• Ensure security maintenance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage BAU escalation.
• Implement new features in line with Product Owner and Design Expert recommendations.
• Conduct change management and knowledge transfer to service providers.

Where will you be in the organization?

You will be working in the Microsoft 365 product line within the Global WorkplaceProductdepartment serving all entities of the AXAgroup, which includesdifferent products and technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Global AD,EntraID, Threat Protection, User Provisioning, Collaboration Products and Telephony,Backup and Mass Restore.

Key figures: Global tenant hosting 370 AXAlegal entities and 250K users. Global team of 50 internal and external collaborators. The Microsoft 365 product line has a full accountability of the product throughout the entire lifecycle, including strategy definition of the product, user needs and market trend analysis, marketing, communication, brand management, finance, P&L, build, transition, operations, support, continual improvement, and decommissioning.

The Microsoft 365 Backup and Mass Restore Subject Matter Expert will execute the product owner vision following the design expert recommendations and low-level designs and execute the deployment and maintenance of the global product across the whole AXA group.

Expected skills & experience

Technical skills

• Knowledgeand experience with administration ofMicrosoft365environment, having worked on Microsoft365technologies4-5years.

• Experience with backup/restoreprinciples andtechnologies2-3years.

• Experience withCommvault Cloud (Metallic)platform2-3years.
• Maintains a solid working knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.

• Broad knowledge of information systems including Windows security, network security, cloud security, systems development, communication networks, security software/hardwareand operating systems other than Windows.
• Powershell

• Willing to work in strong team environment, constantly teaching and learning from other team members.

• Ability to foster working relationships with the team, ITManagementand Client departments.

• Ability to explain technical concepts tothe businessusers in the context of business requirements.
