AXA Group Operations seeks an experienced Engineer to maintain and optimize the Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online environment across AXA entities worldwide. You will ensure security, reliability and efficient operation, while collaborating with Workplace, Architecture, Cyber Defense and Group Security teams.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to L2 teams, with opportunities to influence cloud-based product solutions within a global insurance leader.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenants in large scale (50K+ users).
• Hands-on analysis, documentation and maintenance of large SharePoint Online infra (2+ years).
• Experience in hybrid provisioning and authentication for Microsoft 365 (2+ years).
• Scripting with PowerShell (2+ years).
• Experience in security/compliance services (Purview, Defender).
• Ability to work independently in a multinational, agile product team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the global M365 platform including updates, migrations and deployments.
• Assess and test new SharePoint Online features released by Microsoft.
• Ensure high levels of security and availability across the tenant.
• Maintain SOPs, operating procedures and documentation.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support and guidance on Microsoft 365.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain the global M365 platform, such as, but not limited to: Platform planned maintenance, updates, and upgrades; patching; migrations; consolidations; deployments; and project support
• Maintain, assessandtestthenew featuresforSharePoint Onlineand related featuresreleased by Microsoft.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
• Maintain operational, configuration, orStandard Operation Proceduresand documentation.
• Manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teamsto shift left activities.
• Provideexpertiseand guidanceonMicrosoft365.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support.
• Liaise with vendors and other ITpersonnelfor problem resolution.
• Assesssecurity threats and implement countermeasures tocomply withthegrouprecommendations and legal obligations.
• Work in conjunction with relevant infrastructure,security,and compliance teams toasset security threats, implement countermeasures,configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment.Ensure compliance with Group Security policies.
• Provideexpertiseon theM365 Product solutions which rely on SharePoint Online technologies.
• Collaborate withWorkplace,Architecture, Cyber Defense,Proofpoint,Group Securityteams.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

Technical skills

• Experience in working with Microsoft 365 tenants with minimum of 50K users in a single tenant
• Experience in working with Microsoft 365 tenants with minimum of 100K SharePoint Sites in a single tenant
• Minimum of2years of hands‑on experience in analysing, documenting, andmaintaininga large-scaleSharePointOnlineinfrastructure
• Minimum of2years ofexperiencewithMicrosoft 365inaHybrid provisioning and authentication environment
• Minimum of2yearsofexperienceinPowerShell Scripting
• Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments.
• Experience of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender.
