Alstom is seeking a Mobilization Manager (F/H) for the Saint-Ouen site to drive the mobilization of new Operations & Maintenance contracts. You will manage the Mobilization Plan, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure readiness from planning through Day 1 operations.

Required: engineering or business degree, 5–10 years in railway operations or large projects, strong PM and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and French.

Formación

• Engineering or Business degree required or preferred.
• 5–10 years’ experience in railway operations, maintenance, or large-scale project mobilization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Fluent English and French.
• Ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively.
• Adaptability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Mobilization Plan with milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate all workstreams involved in project mobilization.
• Monitor progress, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
• Lead readiness assessments to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee deployment of operational procedures, rulebooks, and work instructions.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training plans.
• Ensure deployment of ERP, digital tools, and information systems.
