Alstom is seeking a Mobilization Manager (F/H) for the Saint-Ouen site to drive the mobilization of new Operations & Maintenance contracts. You will manage the Mobilization Plan, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure readiness from planning through Day 1 operations.

Required: engineering or business degree, 5–10 years in railway operations or large projects, strong PM and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and French.

Join the ADP O&M project as our next Mobilization Manager (F/H) in Saint-Ouen and play a key role in preparing a major automated transportation system for operational success from Day 1.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful mobilization of new Operations & Maintenance contracts, from planning to execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, finance, engineering, HR, communication and IT), engage with external stakeholders, and oversee readiness assessments, ensuring all prerequisites for Day 1 operations are met.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining the Mobilization Plan, including milestones and critical paths, but also coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training plans.
We’ll look to you for:

• Interfacing with customers, partners, authorities, and internal functions
