Alstom is seeking a full-time Infrastructure Maintenance Project Manager in Saint-Ouen. You will lead maintenance projects, define maintenance organization and processes during mobilization, and ensure delivery with safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of infrastructure maintenance and project management.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Actively participating in maintenance contract finalization and optimizing QCD levers during the tender stage (BTM role - bid technical manager).
• Defining and implementing the maintenance organization, processes, and systems during the mobilization stage.
• Leading the maintenance team to deliver performance targets, ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Overseeing the handover process from construction to maintenance and addressing warranty issues.
• Driving continuous improvement and developing improvement strategies for the business.
• Managing relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Identifying and mitigating risks while maximizing opportunities for savings.
• Leading work package reviews, gate reviews, and decision-making processes at the project level.
• Providing leadership to the project team and ensuring alignment with Alstom’s values and processes.
