ALSTOM invites applications for an Infrastructure Maintenance Project Manager (H/F) in Saint-Ouen. You will lead maintenance projects, coordinating across construction, operations, procurement and quality assurance, while engaging with clients and partners to ensure top performance and value.

We seek engineers with project management experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of ISO standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of infrastructure maintenance and project management.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the successful execution of maintenance projects, ensuring performance and quality.
• Collaborate with construction, operations, procurement, and quality assurance; engage with clients and partners.
• Establish robust maintenance strategies; manage risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in maintenance contract finalization and optimize QCD levers during tender stage (BTM role).
• Define and implement the maintenance organization, processes, and systems during mobilization.
• Lead the maintenance team to deliver performance targets with safety and cost efficiency.
• Oversee handover from construction to maintenance and address warranty issues.
• Manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maximizing savings opportunities.
• Lead work package reviews, gate reviews, and project-level decisions.
• Provide leadership aligned with Alstom’s values and processes.
