• Own the delivery of the product vision from technical strategy to day-to-day execution.
• Lead, mentor, and grow your mobile engineering team, fostering extreme ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay hands-on: review code, challenge architectural choices, and set the technical bar alongside the team.
• Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance to ensure alignment with business and product goals.
