Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling high-traffic B2C consumer apps with millions of users.
• Startup or scale-up DNA: fast iterations, ambiguity, and rapid growth.
• Lead mobile teams in a product-driven, high-velocity environment.
• Remain hands-on to contribute code and challenge architecture and performance.
• Strong product mindset focusing on user impact, retention, and engagement.
• Data-driven leadership using metrics and business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the delivery of the product vision from technical strategy to day-to-day execution.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the mobile engineering team with a culture of extreme ownership.
• Stay hands-on: review code, challenge architectural choices, set technical bar.
• Establish clear performance objectives aligned with business goals.
• Improve workflows, tooling, processes, and engineering culture.
• Drive AI integration to enhance user experience and product innovation.
