Dailymotion is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer in Paris to set the technical direction and lead the iOS practice. You will collaborate with Android, Backend, QA, Design and Product to shape a cohesive product experience while delivering features hands-on.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, establish standards (tooling, CI/CD, testing) and work cross‑functionally for cross‑platform parity. English and French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on iOS expertise in Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Xcode.
• Proven track record building high-traffic consumer iOS apps.
• Ability to lead engineers and drive architecture decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Android, Backend, QA, Design and Product.
• Startup or scale-up experience with rapid growth.
• Excellent communication and influential skills.
• English and French language skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set and own technical direction and architecture of the iOS app.
• Lead iOS engineers day-to-day: code reviews and architecture decisions.
• Coordinate with Android for cross‑platform consistency.
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, Design and Product on technical decisions.
• Ship features hands-on while mentoring engineers.
• Establish iOS codebase standards: tooling, CI/CD, testing.
• Stay hands-on, review code daily.
• Explore AI integration opportunities for iOS.
