Twenty Technologies is seeking a Mission Deployment Lead to make Twenty’s products operationally useful for Intelligence Community users. You will understand cyber operations, targeting, networking environments, and mission planning, working directly with operators, analysts, and engineers to translate field feedback into product decisions.

This on-site role requires an active TS/SCI with CI Poly and involves regular travel to customer locations, with a focus on driving adoption and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as cyber operator/ intelligence professional supporting operational workflows.
• Direct experience with complex cyber operations supporting operators and program stakeholders.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and explain to varied users.
• Experience with graph-based and analytic platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own mission adoption for IC users, moving teams from demo to recurring workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution, and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement across operator workflows.
• Build playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns.
• Maintain field operating picture: users, workflows, risks, and value stories.
• Turn user feedback into product requirements and bug reports.
• Partner with product and engineering to test workflows and fixes.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion into adjacent teams.
