Job summary

Orasio in Paris is seeking a Product Lead, Military Solutions to own the vertical from strategy to field deployment, working with military units across Europe and Ukraine to deliver video intelligence products that operate in low-connectivity, harsh environments with high security. You will lead a cross-functional effort with Engineering, AI and Hardware teams and travel regularly.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of a product, company, business line or major technical initiative.
• Hands-on experience deploying technology with armed forces or military units or building edge products in real-world environments.
• Strong technical depth and ability to work directly with software, hardware and ML engineers.
• Fluent in English and French, able to work across cultures and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap, priorities, success metrics and product principles for Military Solutions.
• Turn deployment lessons into scalable capabilities across units and countries.
• Spend significant time with soldiers, operators and intelligence structures to gather feedback and inform decisions.
• Translate complex military requirements into robust user experiences across software, AI, hardware, sensors and integrations.
