Leading Path Consulting seeks a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and deliver cloud, software, and IT solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role works with development teams, stakeholders, and customer leadership to establish and maintain the organization's technical vision, architecture, and roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering or architecture, experience with enterprise-scale systems, and hands-on AWS expertise, with TS/SCI w/ FSP required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-stack software development across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale software and cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions and security considerations.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and automation capabilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, scalability, reliability and performance.
• Ability to convey a clear technical vision aligned with customer goals.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and stakeholders.
• Design, implement and maintain scalable, secure cloud-enabled architectures.
• Identify gaps, assess risks, and propose implementation strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML for mission outcomes.
• Lead AWS cloud solution design and optimization initiatives.
• Develop architecture standards and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to align technology with business objectives.
• Prepare technical briefings, architecture artifacts, and documentation.
