Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to guide the largest customers along multi-year cloud journeys, coordinating delivery across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services.

You will translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, drive education plans, roadmap alignments, and go-live transitions, while advocating AWS services and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale IT/digital transformation programs.
• Senior customer-facing experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication for C-suite audiences.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• French and English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Interface with AWS customers and leadership to drive collaboration across teams and plan migrations.
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, plan go-lives and education roadmaps.
