NetApp is seeking a Migration & Modernization Business Development Manager to drive demand and generate qualified pipeline across EMEA/LATAM. This senior role targets modernization opportunities, engages customers and partners, and accelerates bookings growth.

You will build executive relationships, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners, and expand opportunities through cloud transformation initiatives. Travel across EMEA/LATAM is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, Go-to-Market, Cloud Transformation, or Infrastructure Modernization.

Responsabilités

• Own the Migration & Modernization pipeline generation strategy across EMEA/LATAM.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on modernization triggers and cloud migrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to execute campaigns and engagements that generate opportunities.
• Develop executive-level relationships and engage customers to uncover opportunities.
• Expand opportunities within existing accounts through modernization and cloud initiatives.
• Drive net-new business through migration events and transformation programs.
• Create go-to-market plays focused on hybrid cloud and data center modernization.
• Equip field teams with messaging and tools to identify opportunities.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline through joint customer engagements and initiatives.
• Measure pipeline progress by bookings growth and opportunity conversion.
