Natixis NY Branch is seeking a Middle Office Corporate & Funds Financing Manager (F/H) for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Paris, with the possibility to work from home. You will join the Agency & Middle-Office Corporate & Funds Financing team and support the lifecycle of financing files with project managers, ensuring compliance and thorough follow-up.

Required is prior experience in financing file management within banking, English proficiency at B2, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

With a higher education, you have a first successful experience in financing file management within a banking institution.
Ideally, you have worked in a middle office finance and/or related to finance.
Experience with syndicated credits is advantageous.
Ability to analyze contractual documentation in English.
Familiarity with specialized financial arrangements and standard office tools.
English language skills at B2 level are required.

Responsabilités

Establish a portfolio of files in collaboration with project managers.
Perform compliance checks on the files.
Follow-up on files: syndication, amendments, borrower obligations, reporting, and management of signed commitments and guarantees.
Contribute proactively to cross-functional projects beyond the team’s scope.
