Job summary

JCW Group seeks an IT/OT Support Technician to help deploy a new MES system at a regulated industrial site in Haut-Rhin. You will build and support applications and integrations, and provide daily platform support covering development, security and operations.

You will serve as the local site contact to align with the global technical team. The role requires IT/OT experience, strong problem solving, and a customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/technical support across OT/IT, infrastructure, software, data and cloud environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and quick learner.
• Fluent French (or native) and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of a new MES system on a regulated industrial site in Haut-Rhin.
• Participate in building and supporting applications and integrations for the MES platform.
• Provide daily support for the platform (development, security, operations).
• Act as the local site contact to coordinate with the global technical team.

Job description

We are looking for an IT/OT Support Technician to support the deployment of a new MES system on a regulated industrial site in the Haut-Rhin. You will participate in the construction and support of applications and integrations, provide daily support for the platform (development, security, operations), and be the local contact for the needs of the site with the global technical team.

Profile sought:

• Experience in IT/technical support, with a good general understanding of OT, IT, infrastructure, software, data, and cloud environments
• Sense of customer service and strong learning ability
• Fluent French or mother tongue, and fluent English
• Full-time on-site presence, Monday to Friday
• Availability for one-off travel to other locations in Europe (10-25%)

Appreciated assets:

• Experience in a regulated industrial environment (pharmaceutical ideally)
• Integration experience with SAP, AVEVA PI, or Databricks
