Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead large-scale MES transformations for a leading life sciences organization. The role requires strong Koerber PAS-X expertise and proven capability to drive cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from design through deployment and go-live, ensuring compliance with GxP, CSV and industry standards while

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading MES projects in pharma/life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of Koerber PAS-X.
• Experience with MES integrations with ERP/warehouse/enterprise systems.
• Understanding of GxP and CSV fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end MES projects from design through deployment and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Support global MES template deployments and process harmonization.
• Oversee system integration, testing, validation and implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV and industry standards.
