Job summary

TotalEnergies Group, via Saft, seeks an experienced MES/SCADA Program Manager to drive digital transformation across industrial operations. You will define standards, deploy governance, and ensure secure, scalable MES/SCADA solutions while coordinating with global partners and site teams.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in MES/SCADA leadership, strong IT/OT knowledge, and ability to operate in an international environment, traveling to sites in France and abroad.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading MES and/or SCADA programs or projects in complex industrial/international settings.
• Proven experience in governance, budgeting, planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the MES/SCADA multi-year roadmap aligned with Smart Plant transformation.
• Lead the governance framework including budget management and performance monitoring.
• Define and enforce standards for functional, technical, architectural, integration, and cybersecurity aspects.
