Giga Energy in Nantes is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction at a live data center site. You will supervise day-to-day MEP activities, coordinate trades, ensure installations meet schedule and specs, and work with the Project Director and commissioning team to deliver clean, tested systems.

The role requires 7+ years in MEP construction, strong reading of single-line diagrams and P&IDs, OSHA 30, and proven subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MEP construction with leadership experience
• Experience running MEP scopes on large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems and CRAH/CRAC
• Ability to read and interpret MEP diagrams and specs
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and schedule

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day MEP construction activities across electrical, mechanical and plumbing scopes
• Coordinate and direct MEP subcontractors to keep work on schedule
• Review compliance with single-line diagrams, P&IDs and MEP specifications
• Enforce on-site electrical and mechanical safety standards (LOTO)
• Coordinate with commissioning team to prepare systems for IST and FPTs
• Maintain logs, track progress, flag delays and risks early
• Assist Project Director and PMs with schedule updates and manpower planning
• Support quality control and punch list closeout for MEP scopes
