Verne is seeking a motivated Project Planner based in Paris to support the planning, monitoring, and execution of large-scale data centre projects in France. The role involves collaboration with development, project management, and design teams to keep design programmes on track.

You will develop client schedules, review contractor plans, and create 4D schedules from 3D models while ensuring timely progress within budget. Training and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Detailed knowledge of MEP systems in data centre environments.
• Desire to learn and grow in data centre planning/management.
• Proficiency with planning/design software (Asta Powerproject BIM, Primavera P6).
• Experience in data centre operations or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of industry standards (ASHRAE, IEEE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop client schedules from initial concept design through to contract issue.
• Review and comment on contractor and subcontractor schedules.
• Develop 4D schedules from 3D models.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for project execution.
• Oversee CSA Fit Out & MEP systems for compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders within budget.
• Produce progress reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Maintain accurate documentation of plans, specs, and reports.
