NielsenIQ in Bezons, France, is seeking a dynamic Media Effectiveness Development Lead to drive the growth of our Marketing Effectiveness business across West Europe. This is a unique opportunity to develop solutions that deliver deep insight and optimisation capabilities for smart marketing decisions.

You will win and grow MMM and Media Experiments programs, shape client pitches, and champion our solutions, while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in large Marketing Effectiveness programs including MMM/Media Experiments.
• Experience leading high-value pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Consultative selling with cross-functional collaboration across sales and consulting.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and supporting local sales with strategic input.
• Strengthen client relationships and deliver high-value responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Amplify product value by promoting Marketing Effectiveness solutions and success stories.
• Enable team collaboration through knowledge sharing, bootcamps and training sessions.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to differentiate NielsenIQ in the market.
