Seeking a Master’s student from engineering or business school with strong Excel skills, IT tool proficiency, and the ability to conduct meetings in English. Marseille-based, 6-month internship with no travel requirements.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business.
• You study at an Engineering School or Business School.
• You have strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
• You possess excellent knowledge of IT tools.

Responsabilités

• Developing a BtoB Sales Platform for CMA CGM Group; collect needs, liaise with IT, update master data, test and train users.
• Auditing and controlling sales across several countries; analyze sales by clients and benchmarks.
• Implementing operational reporting on Agent performance in container sales.
• Controlling quality of the solution and main functionalities.
• Drafting change requests to address user feedback and ensure compliance.
• Analyzing sales data to measure Agent performance and define corrective actions.
