CMA CGM Group is offering an internship in Marseille as a Procurement & Data Analyst Assistant. You will work with the Group Purchasing Department in an international context, supporting CAPEX and OPEX purchasing strategies, data analysis, and KPI-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, building dashboards, monitoring supplier performance, and contributing to tender processes.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Project Management; first experience in purchasing, management control, or data analysis is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query) and PowerPoint, with knowledge of data analysis and reporting; familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Rigorous, analytical, curious, and proactive with excellent communication and teamwork in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Data analytics & reporting: collect, structure, and analyze purchasing and supplier data.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs; produce regular reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and reliability; contribute to price and performance databases.
• Monitor projects through the SRM tool and evaluate supplier performance.
• Lead supplier Business Reviews and track action plans with suppliers.
• Contribute to category management: market analyses, tender prep, and cost studies.
