Innovative Beauty Group in Paris is seeking a Marketplace Projects Coordinator to turn customer briefs into successful packaging and product development projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate sourcing, design, logistics and quality teams, and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Formación

• A degree in project management, international business, engineering, packaging, cosmetics or related field.
• At least one experience in project management, ideally within packaging, beauty, cosmetics or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and competing priorities while keeping customer expectations in focus.
• Good understanding of product development, sourcing and technical feasibility.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with PM tools, CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in a B2B digital, e-commerce or marketplace environment would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sourcing, quality, design, logistics and sales, plus external suppliers and partners.
• Monitor costs, timelines and project profitability.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assess impact of changes to project scope and coordinate approvals.
• Translate customer needs into practical solutions and support proposals with technical options, quotations, samples and lead times.
• Act as day-to-day operational contact for customers and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate product development and sourcing with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ensure quality, define checks and approvals with Quality teams.
• Maintain project documentation and customer approvals; capture lessons learned.
