Quadpack Industries, S.A. is seeking a Key Account Manager to join the Texen Beauty Partners team in Paris. You will manage client needs and drive sales growth within a global market, following our commercial procedures and regional responsibilities.

The role requires managing existing accounts, expanding the customer base, and defining business plans with KPI tracking. Excellent French and English, plus sharp negotiation and analytical skills, are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Proven experience managing sales accounts in Beauty and Cosmetics.
Ownership mindset; eager to learn and drive results.
Fluent in French and English.
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsabilités

Develop sales at existing client accounts.
Expand the client portfolio by pursuing new opportunities.
Define business plans and forecasts for the sales area.
Analyze and monitor monthly and yearly sales KPIs and budget progress.
Negotiate budgets and commercial conditions with key customers and close agreements.
Collaborate with the project management team to identify and develop new projects.
