Farfetch is seeking a Marketing Tech Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Marketing Tech Principal. You will be the technical engine behind our marketing architecture, supporting data collection, tracking implementation, and automation across front-end and backend systems.

Collaborate with Data, Product and Engineering, focusing on Google Cloud, Python, APIs, and AI tooling to build production-ready marketing tools and internal agents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a technical or developer role and a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Hands-on frontend (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and backend (Python/SQL) development, with REST APIs, JSON payloads and webhooks.
• Interested in AI agents, context & prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
• Fast learner open to new technologies.
• (Bonus) Experience in web/app tracking implementation and tag management (Google Tag Manager + Appsflyer).
• (Bonus) Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (GitHub) and deploying containerized apps (Docker).
• (Bonus) Cloud experience (GCP preferred; Azure/AWS acceptable).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain marketing tracking infrastructure and implementation across web/mobile teams.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and automation using Python and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues, tag behavior, server-side tracking, and Appsflyer integration.
• Collaborate with Marketing Tech Principal to build AI agents for internal marketing use.
