Farfetch is seeking a key player in their People Data & Insights team to shape organizational strategy through data-driven insights. This role involves analyzing complex data, collaborating across teams, and identifying opportunities for process automation.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, 2-3 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Power BI. This opportunity emphasizes strategic thinking and innovation in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant quantitative degree.
• 2-3 years of professional experience mandatory.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze complex headcount data and financial numbers for insights.
• Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders globally.
• Identify and automate existing People processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
• Maximize the potential of the HRIS, Workday.
• Drive strategic projects to improve processes and people management.
