The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Paris is offering a Marketing Development internship within the LAB SERIES team. You will learn from the Global Product Manager and participate in product development, campaigns, and internationalization strategies.

Qualifications

• A business school student (or equivalent) with a strong interest in marketing, luxury and skincare.
• Curious, rigorous, proactive, organized, creative and autonomous.
• Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously in a changing environment and collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Participation in the development of new products from hero franchises, concepts and marketing campaigns, from conception to launch.
• Participation in strategic recommendations related to the development of the marketing plan.
• Contribute to range activation projects through the development of key messages and marketing support tools.
• Coordination with cross-functional teams (R&D, creative, digital, packaging, logistics) on product development activities.
• Responsible for competitive intelligence, studies and qualitative/quantitative market analysis.
• Support to the marketing team in day-to-day activities and requests.
