Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-growth B2B enterprise software (SaaS) company.
• Strong Marketo and Sigma knowledge/certification.
• Experience with ABM, campaign planning, and conversion metrics.
• Persona-focused data segmentation and data augmentation.
• Excellent Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign trends and provide insights into best practices.
• Guide field marketers on campaign journeys, nurture programs, and segmentation.
• Recommend strategic improvements to reach quarterly objectives.
• Train and support Marketo topics, including engagement studio and testing.
• Deliver campaign performance metrics and post-event analytics.
