Job description

The Role

The Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) markets are among the pillars of Stoïk's European expansion. After proving itself in the French market, our model is gaining traction in these regions, driven by growing demand from local SMEs and mid-sized companies to protect themselves against cyber risk.

We're looking for our Marketing Manager Benelux to build and deploy our on-the-ground presence across these regions: a role that is both strategic and highly hands‑on, with real latitude to experiment and sustainably grow our local footprint.

Specifically:

  • You'll be the driving force behind our field activation strategy across the Benelux markets, with a direct influence on how Stoïk is perceived by our IT partners, brokers, and local SME/mid-market leaders.

  • You'll join the Marketing team, working in close collaboration with Country Managers, local leadership and sales teams, and local event managers: exposure that will let you have a big impact and quickly get up to speed on local strategy.

  • You'll also collaborate with 3 Marketing Managers based in our other markets, and with our Global Marketing team (Brand & Communication, Product Marketing): a genuine internal network for benchmarking, sharing best practices, and contributing to the group's marketing strategy.

Your missions

Benelux field marketing strategy

  • Build a deep understanding of how the Stoïk brand is perceived by our target audiences (brokers, SME/mid-market leaders, IT service providers): interviews, competitive intelligence, analysis of on-the-ground feedback.

  • Adapt our global positioning and messages to local specifics, and challenge them with evidence from the field.

  • Build and drive a coherent, ambitious, and measurable multichannel content strategy.

Deployment and execution

  • Define and manage the editorial calendar in coordination with the group communications team.

  • Lead Stoïk's presence on social media, LinkedIn as a priority (quotes, testimonials, new-hire announcements, Stoïk's presence at various events): editorial line, writing posts, visual briefs for the designer, community management.

  • Manage Press Relations: relay HQ announcements locally, translate press releases and press content, and manage relationships with local press agencies to boost Stoïk's visibility in the Benelux markets.

  • Localize and roll‑out group marketing assets and communications, adapting them to local needs and ensuring smooth adoption by the local teams.

  • Design and run local email campaigns targeting brokers, IT partners, and prospects, including Country Managers newsletter.

  • Produce local content and stories: customer testimonials, articles and, with our Events Managers, content for webinars and events (decks, round‑table storylines).

  • Set up and manage partnerships with local professional associations (sponsorship, participation in their events, cross‑visibility), as well as local awards applications.

  • Measure the performance of actions (reach, engagement, leads generated) and iterate accordingly.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in Content Marketing in a B2B tech environment, ideally at a fast‑growing scale‑up.

  • Proven experience in community management and running social media in a B2B context, with a strong affinity for LinkedIn.

  • Genuine command of content marketing and external communications: you know how to adapt global messages to a local market and roll them out operationally from A to Z.

  • Fluent Dutch (native or bilingual) plus professional English are required; German and French are a plus.

  • A sharp sense of positioning and messaging: you can translate a complex value proposition into content that's clear, engaging, and differentiated.

  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to make technical subjects (cyber, insurance) accessible without oversimplifying them.

  • An autonomous, rigorous, results‑driven profile, able to juggle strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

  • The ability to work cross‑functionally with varied teams (sales, cyber, product, design) and to collaborate in English with counterparts in other European markets.

  • Based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Paris is a plus.

What we can offer you

  • An ultra‑dynamic environment amid strong growth and international expansion: we opened our 7th market this year, the Netherlands. More launches are in the works for next year…

  • A unique product in Europe, addressing a real need for both insurance brokers and SME leaders who today are "defenseless" against cyber risk.

  • A high degree of autonomy in organizing your day‑to‑day work.

  • Being part of a collective adventure: this isn't an execution‑only role; it's an opportunity to build something that matters, at a company with both the means and the ambition to do so!

  • An attractive package, BSPCEs (stock options), and great offices.
