Stoïk is seeking a Marketing Manager for DACH & Benelux to build and deploy Stoïk's on‑the‑ground presence across Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will shape field activation, work with country managers, and collaborate with global marketing teams to scale local impact.

You will lead a multi‑region content strategy, manage editorial calendars, and drive social media and press relations in a fast‑growing B2B tech environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in Content Marketing in a B2B tech environment.
• Proven experience in community management and running social media in a B2B context, with a strong affinity for LinkedIn.
• Genuine command of content marketing and external communications: you know how to adapt global messages to a local market and roll them out operationally from A to Z.
• Fluent German and Dutch (native or bilingual) plus professional English are required; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build a deep understanding of how the Stoïk brand is perceived by brokers, SME/mid‑market leaders, IT service providers and local audiences.
• Adapt global positioning and messages to local specifics, with field‑based evidence.
• Build and drive a coherent, ambitious multichannel content strategy.
• Define and manage editorial calendar in coordination with group communications.
• Lead Stoïk's presence on social media, with LinkedIn as a priority, including posts and visual briefs for the designer.
• Manage Press Relations for DACH and Benelux and localize group marketing assets.
