Job summary

Element is hiring a highly organised Marketing & Events Executive on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave until September 2027. The role coordinates and delivers events across Europe to support our marketing and sales pipeline, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and webinars.

The role stresses organisational rigour, multi-project management, and strong communication with Marketing and Sales, with occasional travel within Europe and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• The single most important quality is organisational rigour; ability to manage multiple deadlines, venues, vendors, and budgets without slipping.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to brief and coordinate Marketing and Sales teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Element's presence at trade shows, conferences, partner events, webinars, roadshows and other marketing/sales events end to end.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors and suppliers, negotiating costs and keeping events within budget.
• Provide on-site event support and manage follow-up, lead capture and post-event reporting.
