Responsabilités

• Project financial follow-up during contract execution.
• Prepares project cash forecasts and cost accounting reconciliation with Cost Control.
• Proposes and tracks hedging for the project.
• Produces project forecasts (revenue, gross margin) and explains main justifications.
• Participates in Project Management Review and quarterly closing of the project.
• Prepares off-balance sheet commitments (bank/parent guarantees).
• Communicates with external auditors on project financials.
• Assists with testing, training and communication of financial controlling changes.

We are currently seeking an intern, reporting directly to Head of Project Financial Control to join our Finance Project Delivery team, based in Paris.

About the role:

• Project financial follow up during the contract execution
• Prepares project cash forecasts and cost accounting reconciliation working closely with Cost Control
• Proposes and follows hedging for the project she/he has.
• Produces project forecasts (revenue/gross margin calendarization and recognition) working closely with Cost Control and provides main justifications if needed
• Participates in Project Management Review
• Prepares off-balance sheet commitment (bank guarantee, parent company guarantee)
• Communicates with external auditors for all project related financial aspects
• Elaborates the quarterly closing of her/his project.
• Controls project CAPEX along with cost controllers/cost engineers
• Assists with testing, training and communication of changes that are coming from the continued evaluation of the project financial controlling
