Consilium Safety Group seeks a Service Engineer to install, commission, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot marine safety and security systems onboard commercial vessels. The role combines office work with hands-on duties aboard ships, with roughly 20% office-based and 80% travel.

You will collaborate with customers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and our international network, requiring strong problem-solving and a hands-on attitude in a dynamic maritime setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for marine safety equipment.
• Experience with electrical testing and fault-finding on complex systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently in a maritime context.

Responsabilités

• Install, inspect, and maintain marine fire detection systems.
• Work with gas detection and VDR systems.
• Perform electrical and electronic testing and fault-finding onboard vessels.
