Quest Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Pau, France, to provide manufacturing engineering solutions focusing on Build in Quality (BiQ) and process control before production to prevent non-conformance.

The role involves supporting cross-functional teams, driving improvements in processes, reading GD&T, and contributing to DFMEA/DFM alignment while ensuring AS9100/ISO readiness and PPAP readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a Mechanical Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Background on Quality Management Systems Aerospace manufacturing and improvement experience.

Responsabilités

• Understand the engineering definitions and sequential process for Right at first time.
• Create PFMEA and control plans / Inspection Plans.
• Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.
• Read GD&T from model-based definition and legacy drawings.
• Review and approve PFMEA and control plans as part of process and product validation.
• APQP process familiarity and involvement in PPAP.
