The Exploration Company is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our MAIT and Supply Chain teams in Bordeaux, France. You will support supplier quality, perform inspections, manage nonconformances, and drive continuous improvement in a high-reliability aerospace environment.

With a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years in QA, you will apply EN9100/ISO9001 knowledge, lead root-cause analysis, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
At least 3 years in a quality assurance role in aerospace/high-reliability environments.
Knowledge of EN/AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, inspection, and GD&T.
Experience with nonconformance management systems and root-cause tools (8D, 5-Whys, Ishikawa).
Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, control plans, and statistical analysis.

Responsabilités

Provide inputs for supplier quality requirements for proposals and contracts.
Surveil contract execution for quality aspects.
Engage with suppliers on nonconformances.
Participate in Quality and Engineering gates.
Accept subcontracted products with certificates of acceptance.
Lead RCA and corrective actions with engineering and MAIT.
Provide day-to-day quality support to MAIT operations.
Review and approve MAIT procedures.
Monitor compliance with internal, customer, and aerospace standards (AS9100).
Qualification of special processes (e.g. welding); desirable welding experience.
Train MAIT staff on quality procedures and calibration coordination.
