Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a seasoned Manager/Principal to lead technology-driven transformation programs for clients in Paris. You will shape strategic roadmaps, define operating models, and translate digital ambitions into executable initiatives with measurable business impact.

Oversee multiple workstreams, coach both BCG and client teams, and drive adoption of agile, DevOps, cloud migration, AI/GenAI, microservices, and containerization to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years IT consulting or IT delivery leadership experience.
• Proven leadership in designing and executing complex technology transformations with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in IT modernization, enterprise/solution architecture, data & analytics, ERP/CRM, AI/GenAI, DevOps, agile operating models, and IT processes.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication and facilitation with C-level stakeholders.

What You'll Do

As a Manager/Principal , you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver technology-driven transformation programs for our clients. Partnering with senior client stakeholders, you will shape strategic technology roadmaps, define operating models, and translate digital ambitions into executable initiatives with measurable business impact.

You will oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. You will coach and develop both BCG and client team members, fostering collaboration across business and IT functions. Your role will involve driving adoption of agile and DevOps practices, cloud migration strategies, and the deployment of next-generation architectures leveraging AI/GenAI, microservices, and containerization.

You will play a key role in developing BCG Platinion’s digital and technology agenda by:

• Leading the development of new tech & innovative offering.
• Supporting business development through proposal leadership, client relationship management, and thought leadership.
• Contributing to the development of the Platinion practice through recruitment, training, and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring

• 7-15 years of experience in IT consulting (ideally in a top-tier consultancy), in a tech company, or in leading IT delivery functions.
• Proven leadership in designing and executing complex technology transformations with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in several domains: IT modernization, enterprise/solution architecture, data & analytics, ERP/CRM, AI/GenAI, DevOps, agile operating models, and IT processes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to synthesize complex challenges and define actionable roadmaps. Collaborative, rigorous, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with C-level stakeholders; confident in leading workshops and steering committees; fluent in English.
• Solid business acumen with a track record of linking technology strategy to business value creation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, initiative, and active contribution to go-to-market development, client relationship building, and practice growth.
• Uncompromising ethical standards: integrity, confidentiality, respect for others, and client trust.
• Degree in STEM or business, with strong academic performance.
