Boston Consulting Group (BCG) invites an experienced (Senior) AI Tech Consultant to partner with client leaders to diagnose technology challenges, define IT strategies, and translate recommendations into measurable results. You will design and implement tailored IT architectures using AI/GenAI, cloud, microservices, and containerization, taking ownership of workstreams and guiding client teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in IT strategy or consulting in a top-tier setting.
• Technical expertise in IT modernization, enterprise/solution architecture, data & analytics, ERP/CRM, AI/GenAI, DevOps, agile operating models, and IT processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with senior stakeholders; strong workshop design.
• Fluent in French and English; strong business acumen.

What You'll Do

As a (Senior) AI Tech Consultant, you will partner with client leadership to diagnose key technology challenges, define IT strategies, and translate recommendations into measurable results & impacts. Working closely with BCG teams, you will design and implement tailored IT architectures, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI/GenAI, cloud computing, microservices, and containerization. You will take ownership of project workstreams, guide client technology teams, ensure delivery quality, and manage risks and expectations. You will help clients adopt agile practices and modern delivery models to maximize business value from technology investments. You will contribute to BCG Platinion's digital and technology agenda by:

• Developing innovative solutions that drive client transformation.
• Supporting business development through proposals and client relationship management.
• Participating in internal initiatives to strengthen the Platinion practice and enhance BCG's market positioning.

You will also benefit from structured training programs, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities to grow your technical and consulting expertise.

What You'll Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in IT strategy or consulting (ideally in a top-tier consultancy), in a tech company, or in operational IT delivery.
• Technical expertise in one or more areas with proven impact: IT modernization, enterprise/solution architecture, data & analytics, ERP/CRM, AI/GenAI, DevOps, agile operating models, and IT processes.
• Sharp analytical and strategic thinking; ability to turn complex problems into actionable solutions. Collaborative, rigorous, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders; strong workshop design and delivery capabilities; fluent in French and English.
• Solid business acumen, with the ability to connect technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, initiative, experimentation, and contribution to go-to-market activities and practice growth.
• Uncompromising ethical standards: integrity, confidentiality, respect for others, and client trust.
• Degree in STEM or business, with strong academic performance.
