What You’ll Do

As a Manager/Principal – ERP/SAP within BCG Platinion’s Enterprise Solutions team, you will shape and lead complex, AI-enabled ERP transformations that deliver measurable business value. From strategy, roadmap, and business-case development through implementation and value realization, you will advise senior leaders, lead multidisciplinary teams, and challenge key process, architecture, data, AI, and delivery decisions to keep programmes aligned with strategic objectives.

You will play a key role in developing BCG Platinion’s digital and technology agenda by:

• Leading the development of new tech & innovative offering.
• Supporting business development through proposal leadership, client relationship management, and thought leadership.
• Contributing to the development of the Platinion practice through recruitment, training, and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Bring

• 8-10+ years of experience leading ERP and SAP transformation programmes within a top tier’s technology consulting firm.
• Proven experience shaping ERP/SAP transformation strategies such as SAP S/4HANA roadmaps, target operating models, sourcing approaches, target landscapes, business cases, and value-realization plans.
• Demonstrated accountability for full-lifecycle programme delivery and assurance. Familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile or traditional delivery methodologies.
• Led ERP modules or workstreams end-to-end through the full delivery lifecycle
• Broad SAP knowledge across several business area and/or modern SAP architecture technologies components (e.g. SAP BTP, SAP Business Data Cloud, Integration suite, SAP Joule…) ; you have led multi-module solution design and cross-module integration decisions.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing AI-enabled value opportunities within ERP transformations. You understand the process, data, architecture, security, and governance requirements for use cases such as embedded analytics, automation, copilots, and agentic AI.
• Executive-level communication, facilitation and influencing skills, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, developing talent and building senior client relationships.
• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Professional fluency in French and English
