Cerbair is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead process optimization across the organization. You will drive transformation, ERP improvements, and automation initiatives to simplify operations and raise efficiency.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, implement continuous improvement methods, and support ISO 9001 alignment while maintaining agility in a growing technology company.

A French leader in anti-drone technology within this emerging industry with huge potential, its systems enhance public safety and protect critical infrastructure such as military bases, warships, prisons, civilian airports, ports, presidential palaces, and VIP convoys. Mission

Your Assignment

CERBAIR continues to grow and is restructuring its organization to support its expansion.

In light of this, we are creating a position for an Operational Excellence Manager, who will report to the Industrial Division.

Your role: to improve our processes, methods, and tools to make the organization simpler, more efficient, and more effective.

You will work across various teams at CERBAIR, with a strong focus on transformation: process optimization, ERP implementation and improvement, digitalization, AI applications, continuous improvement, and change management.

This is therefore not a traditional Quality Manager position: processes and their transformation are at the heart of the role.

Your Responsibilities

Optimizing Business Processes

You analyze existing processes and work with teams to identify pain points, redundancies, low-value-added tasks, and opportunities for improvement.

You are helping to:

• map and improve key processes;
• simplify and improve the reliability of operating procedures;
• identify opportunities for automation;
• define and monitor relevant performance indicators;
• foster a culture of continuous improvement within the company.

Making Tools a True Driver of Performance

You will support the evolution of our software environment, particularly our ERP system.

Working closely with users and various departments, you help define requirements, improve user experience, and evolve tools in line with the company’s processes.

You also identify opportunities presented by digitization, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and simplify teams’ day-to-day work.

The goal is not to digitize complex processes, but to examine them and simplify them before choosing the right tools.

Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement

You serve as a key resource for the teams, helping them turn findings into concrete actions.

You lead continuous improvement initiatives, facilitate communication across departments, and support the implementation of changes.

You help gradually implement methods that enable teams to become more self-reliant in improving their own practices.

Contribute to the quality management system

Processes also form the foundation of our ISO 9001 approach.

You will support process owners so that they can fully embrace their roles and help coordinate the initiative by facilitating meetings, monitoring actions, preparing for and organizing audits, improving documentation, and tracking processes.

You will also have the opportunity to address certain issues related to supplier and partner quality.

Profile

The Profile We're Looking For

Above all, we are looking for someone who can understand an organization, challenge its operating practices, and turn ideas into concrete solutions.

You have significant experience in one or more of the following areas:

• operational excellence or continuous improvement;
• transformation of organizations and processes;
• ERP deployment or optimization;
• process digitization and automation;
• management of cross-functional projects.

You are comfortable working in technology-driven environments and have a genuine curiosity about new applications ofAI in business processes and operational performance.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 procedures is a plus, but we are not necessarily looking for someone with a background exclusively in industrial quality assurance.
