4flow is seeking a Manager Solution Design to spearhead the integration of AI and other technologies into our logistics operations. You will identify opportunities to improve planning and execution, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to advance innovation.

We are looking for a leader with a strong track record in deploying technology in logistics, capable of driving multi-stakeholder projects from ideation to deployment and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years deploying technology in the supply chain industry and 2 years of leading teams.
• Strong understanding of AI, genAI and emerging technologies and experience with digital solution development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes to identify where technology can boost efficiency.
• Drive development and deployment of digital solutions using AI and genAI.
• Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to deployment with timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive innovation.
• Shape and execute a technology roadmap aligned with long-term goals.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and continuously improve.
