Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional in Le Havre to manage the maintenance backlog and incoming requests. You will perform functional analysis, prioritize requirements, and draft Jira tickets with cross-functional support to ensure timely project progress.

You will contribute to project requirements analysis, write clear functional specifications, and support testing and acceptance. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional analysis
• Management of a maintenance backlog / action plan
• Knowledge of IT and the insurance sector
• Strong writing skills
• Interpersonal skills and collaborative work
• Ability to challenge and reframe requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

Responsabilités

• Manage the maintenance portfolio and maintenance request portfolio
• Analyze incoming requests and qualify/prioritize requirements
• Draft and update tickets in Jira with expert support as needed
• Monitor progress and provide tooling/methodology support
• Lead optimization of the maintenance backlog and ensure methodological framework
• Manage sprint planning and track ticket progress/QA interactions
• Oversee test feedback and follow-up on fixes
• Contribute to projects and assist with requirements analysis to support project managers
• Write functional specifications and assist with test preparation and acceptance processes
