FIFA in Paris is seeking a motivated student for an internship-like position to support the Deputy Chief Member Associations Officer and the Paris team. You will conduct research, prepare reports and manage logistics for delegations and meetings.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in sports management or related fields, fluent in English, with strong organizational skills and a willingness to travel as required. Office presence four days a week is expected in Paris.

  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Interest in international organizations and football development.
  • Fluent in English; other FIFA languages an asset.

Responsabilités

  • Provide operational support to the Deputy Chief Member Associations Officer.
  • Provide administrative support to the Paris team and conduct research.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
  • Follow up on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics for Member Association delegations visiting the Paris office.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and official missions.
  • Support the team in organizing workshops and seminars, including education and capacity building.
  • Improve the service to the MAs with external stakeholders and other departments.
  • Assist in development and implementation of football development projects with FIFA departments, including Africa collaborations.

THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Providing operational support to the Deputy Chief Member Associations Officer
  • Provide administrative support to the Paris team and conduct research
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation
  • Follow up on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate logistics for Member Association delegations visiting the Paris office
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and official missions
  • Supporting the team in the organisation of workshops and seminars, including education and capacity building
  • Improve the service to the MAs with the help of external stakeholders and other departments/divisions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of specific football development projects within Africa in collaboration with other FIFA departments

  • Previous internship or project experience is an asset
  • Experience in administration or project coordination is an asset
  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment is an asset
  • Sport organization experience is an advantage
  • Volunteer experience in sport is welcomed
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / AR / ES) is an asset
  • Willingness to travel when/if required
  • Availability to work from the Paris office four days per week
