Sorare is looking for a Player Experience Intern in Paris to enhance player support and communication. This 6-month internship involves assisting players, resolving queries, and collaborating with teams to ensure a top-notch experience.

You will need excellent communication skills in English and French, be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, and have a passion for sports. The role will require you to work onsite three days a week and offers great perks to support your wellness and commute.

Description du poste

As a Player Experience Intern, you will be the voice of our players and the first point of contact when they need help. You will work closely with the Player Experience team to resolve player issues, investigate account concerns, and ensure every player has a positive experience. This 6‑month internship offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting a global community of football and sports fans, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional player experience.

Interns are expected to work in the office three days a week.

What You'll Do

• Support players through our ticketing platform, providing thoughtful, accurate, and empathetic assistance
• Investigate account‑related issues using internal tools and administrative systems
• Help players resolve questions related to gameplay, accounts, payments, trades, and platform features
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed and help ensure timely resolution
• Identify bugs, recurring issues, and player pain points, and communicate them clearly to the relevant teams
• Partner with Product teams by sharing player feedback and helping surface opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of support quality across all player interactions

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written communication skills in English & French
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (business, communication, or a related field), with an internship agreement covering the 6 months
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A problem‑solving mindset and genuine curiosity
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑moving environment
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
• Passionate about football and sports, with a good understanding of the game
