Marktlink in Lyon is seeking an M&A Senior Associate to lead deal workstreams end-to-end from origination to closing. You will originate opportunities, build client relationships with buyers and sellers, and supervise analysis, valuations and bid books produced by the team.

Fluent French and professional English are required, with at least three years in M&A, consulting, or analyst roles. You will help expand Marktlink's SME and entrepreneur-led client base in France and across Europe while

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of work experience in M&A as analyst, associate or consultant.
• Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Social and entrepreneurial mindset with practical and strategic insight.
• Analytical and punctual with target-driven attitude.

Responsabilités

• Leading deal workstreams end-to-end, from origination to closing.
• Originating new opportunities and building lasting client relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Overseeing company and market analysis, valuations and bid books produced by the team.
• Expanding and maintaining the Marktlink network in France and across Europe.
• Structuring financing applications and resolving financing issues.
• Managing and coaching Analysts on live projects.
