Marktlink in Lyon is seeking an M&A Senior Associate to join our new France office. You will lead deal workstreams end-to-end, originate opportunities, and build lasting client relationships with buyers and sellers.

You have a minimum of three years of M&A experience, fluent French and professional English, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers rapid responsibility and a clear path to becoming an independent dealmaker within three to five years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of work experience in M&A as an analyst, associate or consultant.
• Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Social and entrepreneurial mindset with practical and strategic insight.

Responsabilités

• Lead deal workstreams end-to-end, from origination to closing.
• Originating new opportunities and building lasting client relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Overseeing company and market analysis, valuations and bid books produced by the team.
• Expanding and maintaining the Marktlink network in France and across Europe.
• Structuring financing applications and resolving financing issues.
• Managing and coaching Analysts on live projects.
