Job summary

The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd is seeking an Account Manager based in Paris to generate revenue across a portfolio of mid-size, transactional accounts within Travel Trade, France & Western Europe. The role is client-facing, with hybrid work three days remote and office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

You will manage client engagements, coordinate proposals, and maintain Salesforce records while driving bookings and revenue in line with the Director’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality.
• 2-4 years of related sales experience in luxury hospitality and/or travel.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian or Spanish desirable.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned segment and region Travel Trade, France & Western Europe.
• Manage ongoing client interactions and follow-ups to drive bookings and revenue.
• Represent LHW’s portfolio with professionalism and service excellence at all client engagements.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and track pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on market plans and client-facing events.
